Dear clients,

The fatal deadline to file the annual declaration of Brazilian capitals abroad (CBE) ends at 6:00PM of April 5, 2022.

Please note that every person (individual or company) resident in Brazil that had assets abroad in an amount equal or above USD 1,000,000.00 on Dec. 31, 2021, are obliged to present this declaration.
